HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order first you have to create an account using your own unique password. Then select the product you want to buy and fill in parameters, if prompted (for example, centimeters on the bracelet you selected) and click the “add to bag” button. You’re almost ready. Confirm your address and payment method and press the option “check out”. The process is completed and you will receive a confirmation email. For more details, read the terms and conditions.

WHY SHOULD I SIGN IN

To place your order you must first register / create an account. Thereby provide contact, payment and shipping information. We guarantee you that these information are securely stored in our database. You will not have to enter them again next time, while at the same time you keep a list of your favorite products, you can view the history of your orders, edit your address book, get discount coupons for future purchases and be the first to hear our news for new custom made products.

THE PRODUCT I LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK

We are a slow fashion brand. Most of our products are custom made in most of  their parts. They are produced in limited numbers and we do not keep large stock. If however you like a specific design, you can place a backorder. In that case we will contact you and inform you for the preparation time and when it will be ready to be shipped. Usually if not under special conditions (physical disasters etc) custom jewels require 2-7 days maximum to be constructed in our workshop till they will be sent to you. Nevertheless we use some special and ethical materials in our production and due to limited material availability from our suppliers there is a slight chance for a backorder not to be supported. In that case we will immediately inform you for the occasion and offer an alternative.

IS IT POSSIBLE A GIFT THAT WILL BE SHIPPED TO THIRD PARTY TO HAVE GIFT PACKAGE

All our jewels are sent to you in an elegant gift box and sealed with authenticity sealing wax. It cannot be opened by anyone before reaching its new owner. If you wish we can write a personal message or your wishes as long as you note it in “order notes” before checkout.

FOR HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

From the moment you place an order, we send it to you the same or the next working day if available. You can pick it up in 2-7 working days from the time of order and depending on how inaccessible your area is. If the product is not available we send it to you after 3-15 days.

CHARGE OF TRANSPORTATION AND SHIPPING OUTSIDE GREECE

Shipping for all regions of Greece are free of charge over the total amount of 50 euros. If you are staying in Cyprus or in another EU country be sure we do our best to offer our services to you. Nonetheless free shipping is not yet included in our service for these areas. After checkout we will contact with you to let you know the total amount of your order.

I AM ALLERGIC IN SOME METALS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All our metal parts are either sterling silver or stainless steel for extra durability Some metal parts though are gold plated  and we do not recommend wearing them for swimming ,in hot baths or while making tasks that involve chemicals or water as their surface might be discolourised and lose their glow. All of our jewels are hypoallergic and they don’ t cause skin irritations. Made of eco friendly mixed media specially for jewel construction. They are carefully constructed for extra comfort for the wearer.

DO YOU SHIP OUT OF EU?

We do not ship out of the EU. Soon we will be able to offer you our service.

PAYMENT METHODS

We support payment through:

  • Paypal. Even if you don t have a Paypal account. You can use your debit/credit card for the transaction and you will receive your invoice drectly to your mail account.
  • Payment on Delivery. ( This service is supported for Greek regions only) You can pay when you receive your package with cash.
